After completing a BSc in Audiology in 2010 Christina went on to work as an Audiologist in the NHS before deciding to move into private practice. Experience working with a world-leading hearing aid manufacturer, developed her knowledge and technical skills, which are now usefully applied to selecting the optimum hearing aid settings for each individual patient. She feels passionately about helping people to understand their hearing health and utilising technology to improve their quality of life.
Outside of work Christina’s favourite thing to do is spend time with family. She also enjoys a game of tennis, playing the piano and going to the gym every now and then!

Megan joined Christina in 2021 following her training as a Hearing Care Practitioner. Having worked in Optical settings for over 5 years, she is now fully immersed in Audiology and enjoys her new role working with people and their ear health!
Megan’s typical working day in the opticians includes checking the health of our patient’s ears, advising on any wax observed, removing wax as required and carrying out hearing checks and/or hearing aid servicing as required.
Megan also juggles a busy lifestyle, doing an open university degree in Health and Social Care and being a mum to her 5-year-old daughter. Out of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing rounders and watching football, especially Manchester City.
EAR WAX REMOVAL IN NEW MILLS
